Space Planning Manager
This position will work #Hybrid in one of our New Jersey offices in Bloomfield, Paramus or Fairfield, three days a week. You will oversee the execution of space planning initiatives, providing hands-on project management and coordination to ensure successful delivery of space-related projects. You will play a key role in optimizing workspace utilization, aligning planning efforts with organizational goals, and driving innovative solutions for our physical environments.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 57 years in space management or space technology solutions; experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry strongly preferred.
Work Experience : Proven leadership experience managing teams with diverse skill sets and levels of expertise.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Advanced proficiency in Blue Yonder (formerly JDA), Apollo or similar platforms, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Experience working with syndicated data sources such as Circana / IRI and ACNielsen. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to independently conduct data mining using CPG math concepts. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently, ensuring timely delivery. Solid background in data analysis and space management systems, with a working knowledge of the supporting technologies.
