Office Clerk
We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily office tasks and supporting various administrative functions within the organization. As an Office Clerk, you will serve as a central point of contact for all office-related queries, manage essential documents, and assist in maintaining a well-organized work environment. Salary Range : $17.50 - $27.00 hourly Location : Akron, OH
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and organize files and documents both physically and electronically.
- Prepare and process correspondence and reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff.
- Perform data entry tasks and ensure accuracy of information in databases.
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent is required.Proven experience as an office clerk or other administrative positions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Benefits
