Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director is responsible for serving as a functional lead for the operations component of the UIC Law Admissions Office. This includes holding primary responsibility for understanding and leveraging the team's CRM, reading files and recommending admissions decisions, and participating in the management and interpretation of data to improve process and results. This role will also participate in targeted recruitment activities and strategies to engage and enroll each new intake of students to UIC Law inclusive of hosting virtual recruitment events, travelling to attend recruitment fairs and LSAC forums, deploying communication plans, supporting event planning, and providing general counsel to prospective students and applicants.
