Latham & Watkins, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic team in New York, Boston or Orange County. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Contributing with the review, planning, testing, implementation, and training for HRMS upgrades and updates
Configuring the Firm’s HRMS platforms in relation to HR, Benefits Administration, Performance Review, Compensation, and Self Service Modules.
Maintaining and updating HRMS system as a functional user. Ensuring table configurations are correct and complete and feeding to other downstream systems are working properly.
Reviewing existing system configurations and processes to identify areas where the PeopleSoft user experience can be improved. Engaging all users of the system to identify optimal set-up and configuration from a user perspective.
As needed, uses knowledge of query tools and PeopleSoft table structure to write complex queries to retrieve both current and historical data in system testing and at the request of management on both a regular and ad hoc basis
Experience working with internal clients and the Human Resources Service Team to identify opportunities and create system-based solutions that improve business process
Knowledge and proficiency with PeopleSoft Query tools, and Business Objects
Basic understanding of design thinking
And have :
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Certification in PeopleSoft HR, Benefit Administration, and Payroll Interface modules
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems and Human Resources Administration
A minimum of two (2) years Technical / Functional experience with PeopleSoft HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration and payroll Applications
