What Youll Do
- Meet with clients to uncover their story, goals, and vision, then translate that into design direction.
- Design and prototype websites in Figma that balance usability, creativity, and performance.
- Build out wireframes, layouts, and full design systems that adapt beautifully across devices.
- Collaborate closely with our developers, strategists, and project managers to bring designs to life.
- Create supporting visuals such as social media posts, presentation decks, and print materials that carry a consistent brand voice.
- Stay current on design trends, UX best practices, and accessibility to make sure your work stands out for the right reasons.
- Contribute to a studio environment where feedback is collaborative, communication is clear, and creativity is encouraged.
Who You Are
A mid-level designer with a portfolio that shows curiosity, craft, and problem-solving.Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with an eagerness to keep learning new tools.Comfortable presenting ideas, explaining your design choices, and taking feedback with confidence.Familiar with user-centered design principles, responsive design, and modern web layouts.Experience with WordPress, Elementor, or HTML / CSS is a plus but not required.Someone who thrives in a collaborative, in-person creative setting and loves seeing ideas move from concept to reality.Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-office position in Tulsa, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).
Standard hours are 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, but if a different schedule helps you do your best work, were open to it. You can expect a balance of focused design time, client collaboration, and team interaction.
