You’re resilient and persistent. You can ask the right questions and do more listening than talking. You understand a customer or prospect’s pain points and then have the ability to clearly convey Per Mar’s solution. No previous security industry experience? No problem. You will research and learn Per Mar’s products and services until you feel comfortable. Thorough training is provided, and refreshers are given when needed. Self-assuredness and confidence never hurt either. You have the drive; we have the opportunity! Driven & Results-Oriented – sales experience can be a plus, but is not required. Valid Driver’s License – Paired with a good driving record. Specified License Approval - Must be able to obtain specified license(s) to perform work in the security industry according to the rules and regulations prescribed by the State(s) where this position travels. High School Diploma / GED - Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is preferred but not required
