A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines, ensuring timely resolution of patient issues
Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel, while identifying process improvements for a positive patient experience
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required
Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy and concern
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience using various communication tools, including phone, email, and online chats
Effective interpersonal skills to work within a diverse team environment
