Retirement Plan Administrator Manager

A company is looking for a Retirement Administrator Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Retirement Plan Administrators, ensuring high performance

Serve as a resource for complex client matters and identify opportunities for process improvement

Maintain client relationships and ensure timely, superior customer service for retirement plan clients

Qualifications :

5 - 10 years of experience in 401(k) retirement plan administration

Prior leadership experience preferred

Strong knowledge of ADP / ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing

Strong math and / or accounting skills

ASPPA and / or NIPA credentials preferred
