SUMMER INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW :
The Hanover's Internship Program provides college students with the opportunity to work on a variety of critical business assignments, test your skills, use your academic knowledge, and match your interests to a real job.

Our Compliance and Ethics team, a division of the Office of General Counsel, is seeking exceptional college students for our Summer Internship Program, which provides meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as rewarding career path options.
Compliance professionals play a pivotal role in ensuring companies and organizations operate in full compliance with legal regulations and industry-specific guidelines. They also monitor internal policies and bylaws.
In the event of regulatory risks or misconduct, compliance officers address concerns and find solutions to these challenges.
The growing demand for compliance jobs reflects the increasing regulatory environment and the need for organizations to demonstrate ethical practices.
