Growth Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of full-stack engineers to deliver customer-driven solutions

Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to develop and enhance products

Set quarterly goals and drive technical strategy while mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including 1+ years of people management

Experience developing individual contributors based on their needs and company goals

Demonstrated expertise in at least one layer of the technical stack (JavaScript, Python)

AWS knowledge and expertise

Experience building and managing large-scale customer-facing products
