Ready to start your career in telecom construction? Join Patriot Broadband Construction as aOSP Technician! This entry-level, travel-based role supports aerial line crews, coax and fiber splicers, and underground HDD / missile operations.

Youll do things like :

• Help with strand prep, lashing, coax / fiber cable prep, labeling, and enclosure setup
• Assist with basic splicing support and QA photo documentation (Fulcrum app)
• Perform potholing (hand / vac-exc), conduit pulls, and horizontal directional drilling / missile setup
• Set up cones / signage, complete JHAs, and maintain safe work zones

Requirements :

Valid drivers license, clean MVR, and ability to travel 75100%

Comfortable with heights, ladders, and outdoor work; lift 75 lbs

DOT Medical Card (company-paid)

Background check and drug screening

Nice to have :

OSHA-10

traffic control certification

Construction Laborer experience
