Trillium Staffing is now looking for a new role as Senior Sales Manager in New Philadelphia Ohio for a direct hire role.

Senior Sales Manager Job Duties : Drive Strategic Growth - Develop and execute and be flexible with strategic plans for customers and products to support profitable growth and new business opportunities.

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, and Cost Estimating to ensure competitive and timely quotes, and manage program success across functions.

Manage Sales Team & Customer Relationships - Lead and develop the sales team to meet departmental goals, while also managing key customer relationships to identify new opportunities and maintain business alignment.

Annual salary is $85k / year.

Education & Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering (required) - 7+ years of experience working with customers, preferably in a B2B or industrial / manufacturing environment.

Leadership & Strategic Thinking - Proven ability to lead a sales team, set priorities, manage performance, and develop team members. Strong project / program management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Communication & Negotiation Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in customer negotiations and business case presentations. Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and influence internal / external stakeholders.
