Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy. Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage. Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines. 1+ year of RECENT call center experience (required – no exceptions!) Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits ( plus! ) Strong attention to detail & accuracy Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs) A quiet, distraction-free home office setup High-speed wired internet (hotspots not accepted) Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills High School Diploma or equivalent
