Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care to residents during the day shift

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans

Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants as needed

• Additional duties as assigned by job description, administrator, and / or Director of Nursing

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications :

Current RN license in the state of Ohio

Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
