Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking a Maintenance Manager who is responsible for overseeing all maintenance and repair programs for a revenue fleet of over 100+ vehicles, support vehicles and all assigned building and facilities for transit operations. In addition to leading the department the preferred candidate will oversee and maintain the reliability and safety of the fleet utilizing industry's best practices. The Maintenance Manager is primarily responsible for but not limited to :

Job Responsibilities :

Ensure that the Agency's performance standards are adhered to and to ensure that all vehicles are systematically inspected, maintained, and repaired while minimizing down

time.

• Distribute daily work assignments.
• Motivate and encourage productivity within the Department.
• Keep clear and up to date records of all repairs made within the department.
• Make, process, monitor and close all daily work orders.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Talent Requirements :

High School, or GED equivalent, minimum

Starting salary range : $104,000 - $123,000
