Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the customer reporting strategy aligned with business priorities and market needs
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of customer-facing reports and dashboards
Build and lead a multidisciplinary team to enhance analytics and reporting functions
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare reporting, with 8+ years in a leadership role
Deep understanding of healthcare contracts and B2B2C dynamics
Proven success in designing and scaling reporting functions that deliver measurable impact
Expertise in BI and visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, and Power BI
Exceptional people leadership experience with a strategic, customer-focused mindset
