Nurse Practitioner

Job Title : Nurse Practitioner (NP) Location : Tucson, AZ Position Type : Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM) Work Environment : 100% On-site Experience Required : Minimum 3 years in Family Practice or Primary Care, including pediatrics and geriatrics Licensure & Certifications Required : Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License Active BLS Certification Active AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card DEA License Board Certification Ability to prescribe under a collaborating physician An Advanced Primary Care model focused on delivering affordable, convenient, and personalized care. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients according to clinical standards of care Coordinate patient services including referrals, hospital / SNF coordination, DME, and home health Lead and participate in daily care team huddles Collaborate with care team to maintain a healthy clinic culture Document medical records promptly and accurately Adhere to clinical policies and protocols Meet regularly with collaborative physician and care team leaders Support growth opportunities for new or existing services Ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements Represent the clinic in the local community and build relationships with healthcare and social organizations Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed Travel between clinic locations may be required Qualifications 2–5 years of direct experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to integrated, team-based care Willingness to adapt to value-based care models Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer skills Demonstrated excellence in patient care and customer service Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
