job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDiagnose and treat urgent care cases . Provide emergency medical care to animals in need. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with other veterinary team members to ensure the best possible care for animals. Promote the human-animal bond through exceptional client experiences. Support staff development through the LevelUp clinical training program . DVM / VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program). Experience in urgent care medicine preferred but not required; open to new graduates. Active state license in good standing to practice in Missouri (or ability to obtain). Strong clinical skills , ability to work independently, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible Compensation Package : Salary or Pro-Sal options available.
