As we continue to grow in Arizona, we’re looking for an Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator to expand our network in Colorado Springs, represent our mission, and make sure families know GreenLight ABA is here for them.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll take the lead in connecting GreenLight ABA with the community. You’ll :

Develop trusted relationships with pediatricians, Daycare Centers, healthcare providers, and community leaders

Organize and represent GreenLight at events, meetings, and school / community visits

Ensure new referrals are connected to our intake team quickly and efficiently

Partner with our clinical team to support smooth family onboarding

Identify creative opportunities for outreach and visibility

Track activities and share insights that shape strategy and growth

What We’re Looking For

Background in healthcare, ABA, social services, or marketing / outreach

Comfort with relationship-building and community engagement

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Valley (mileage reimbursed)

Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills

Self-starter who thrives in an independent but collaborative role
