Travel Nurse - RN - Urology - $2448 / Week - Hiring Now

Staffmax Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Urology Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Rapid City, SD. Shift : 5x8 hr days Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks Pay : $2448 / Week

Requirements :

South Dakota or compact RN License

BLS

2 years preferred and preference to Urology experience

Skills : foley catheter insertion / removal / changing, Suprapubic catheter insertion knowledge or willingness to learn, straight cath urine collection

Ability to act as first assist to physician during in-clinic procedures to include : Vasectomies, Cystoscopies (these can include botox injections where nursing will need to draw up the medication and then will help administer during procedure); Cystoscopy with stent removal (nursing will need to clasp the stent through the scope with the provider and assist with the removal); Prostate biopsy assist

Other skills needed : Medication injections, wound check, voiding trials, patient triage
