Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on complex commercial transactions and business development initiatives

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and partnerships

Support M&A activities, due diligence processes, and corporate governance matters

Advise on regulatory compliance and emerging technology legal frameworks

Collaborate with business units on strategic initiatives and risk management

Manage relationships with external counsel and oversee legal matters

Support intellectual property strategy and protection initiatives

Assist with corporate structuring and entity management

Handle employment law matters and HR legal support

Provide guidance on data privacy and cybersecurity legal requirements

Requirements

J.D. from top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials

6-10 years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firms or comparable in-house roles

Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction

Experience with complex commercial transactions, M&A, and corporate governance

Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex matters

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

Experience in technology, fintech, or emerging industries preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
