We are seeking a Senior Family Law Paralegal to join our team in Whittier, CA. This is a Full-Time, On-Site position . The paralegal will play an essential role in supporting attorneys with case management, document preparation, client communication, and court filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery, and declarations
• Prepare financial disclosures, settlement agreements, and trial binders
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and trial preparation schedules
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy
• Ensure compliance with California family law rules and procedures
