Description Graphite is searching for full & part time fine dining servers, anticipating opening date early December 2024.

Looking for motivated individuals with outgoing personalities, strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt with an eagerness to learn.  Responsibilities  Provide exceptional service to guests in a fine dining setting Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently  Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner  Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests  Set up and maintain dining areas, including table setup and cleanliness  Assist with bussing tables and resetting for the next guest  Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system  Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings  Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines Able to interact with guests and co-workers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner  Skills & Qualifications  Previous minimum 2 years' experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants Food & Wine Knowledge  Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and provide efficient service  Proficiency in using a cash register or POS system for accurate transactions Strong customer service skills to provide a memorable dining experience for guests  Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change  Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures  Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area  Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment Guest First Focus & Teamwork Mindset Kindly Note :
