Assistant Manager

Long John Silver's, a renowned name in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. With over 50 years of expertise in bringing delicious, sustainably-caught seafood to our customers, we are looking for a motivated individual to ensure the highest quality products and services are delivered to each guest. What You'll Do :

  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and motivate team members
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients
  • Manage administrative responsibilities efficiently

    • Requirements :

  • Ability to work a minimum of 45hrs / week, including evenings and weekends
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Valid Food Safety Certificate (can earn while training)
