Job Description
Assumes 24 / 7 responsibility for nursing practice and operations in assigned areas, influencing outcomes through policy implementation and staff management.
Responsibilities include setting and monitoring goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting patient-centered care, and fostering staff development.
Participates in policy development, interdepartmental collaboration, and emergency planning.
Recruits, evaluates, and guides staff, encouraging professional growth and conflict resolution.
Coordinates staffing, training, and resource utilization to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient patient care.
Prepares budgets, reviews financial reports, and manages supplies and equipment.
Ensures quality control, documentation, and adherence to standards, while collaborating with physicians, patients, and community partners.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, RN license, and BLS certification. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, full-time role.
