Salary : $40-$50 per hour + benefits

Employee Compensation and Benefits

  • We are hiring Full-time Associate Therapists
  • All benefits are available to Full-time Employees (20 hours per week)
  • Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Paid Holidays (double pay if you work the holiday) - 6 paid holidays
  • Education reimbursement - up to $1500 annually
  • 401K with matching - 50% match (3% maximum match)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) - up to 3 weeks annually
  • 100% commission-based pay (the more you work the more you earn)
  • 20 billable hours per week minimum case load

Our agency is contracted with Medicaid, Medicare, Select Health, United Health, and most major commercial insurance. We are seeking Associate therapists to serve our clients. We have flexible work hours for counselors who can meet in-person and telehealth.

We offer the following :

  • Flexibility with your schedule

    • Therapist Compensation and benefits :

  • We pay Associate's supervisor fees for at least 3 supervisor meetings each month
  • Commission based pay increases as the weekly billable hours increase. Base commission for an Associate starts at 25% then grows to 35% at 20 billable hours per week (Full-time). Base commission for a Licensed Employee is 40% with a maximum of 50% at Full-Time. Base commission for a Contractor (must be Licensed) is 50% with a maximum of 65% at Full-time.
  • Our typical billable is $115 - $150 per session so the commission ranges from $40 to $50 per session as an Associate with 20+ billable hours per week.
  • We pay commission before receiving payments from clients and their insurance we pay at the next payday after the session.Paydays are twice per month (7-days after billing cycle ends and pays commission on submitted billing)
  • Benefits are provided for both Part-time Employees and Full-time Employees. Contractors do not have any benefits.
  • Benefits are paid in the form of a Monthly Benefit Stipend that pay $7 per billable session hour towards medical premiums or anything in our benefits package. Full-time employees average $600+ per month in Monthly Benefit Stipend which covers 100% of the medical premium for the employee.
  • 401K plan with 50% matching up to a maximum of 3% match.
  • Education reimbursement (accrues every pay period based on hours of counseling sessions)
  • Paid holidays (6 total : New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
  • Shared office space until you have at least 12 in-person client then you get dedicated office space.

  • Guided written and visual aids to help complete chart notes within 48 hours
  • Individuals who enjoy being a part of team and working together to professionally develop
  • Strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care
  • Behavioral Health Generalists LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs (including Associates)

    • Job requirements :

  • Must have a Master degree in related field and have completed an internship.
  • Experience with writing assessment, treatment plans and service notes for Medicaid requirements.
  • Experience working with suicidal ideation and trauma.
  • Experience managing case management needs.
  • Must pass a background check.
