What it's like to be a Maintenance Tech at Maintenance Tech

As a Full-Time Maintenance Tech at Zen Living Management, your daily responsibilities will involve overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring that all service requests are completed within 24 hours while delivering rent-ready units within 3 to 5 business days. You will direct and support maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative environment through coaching and mentoring. Expect to participate actively in on-site tasks, addressing repairs, preventative maintenance, and quality control to maintain high property standards. Additionally, you will monitor and manage the turn process, assist with collections and renewals, and facilitate effective communication among team members to enhance property performance. You will also maintain an alternating on-call schedule, including some holidays, to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

Your ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a keen focus on efficiency will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements for this Maintenance Tech job
