Our client, a well-established Commercial General Contractor based in Dallas, is seeking an ambitious Assistant Superintendent to join their growing team.
This firm specializes in ground-up commercial projects across a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Education, Municipal, Religious, and Office developments, with project values ranging from $5M$50M.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Superintendent with on-site coordination of daily construction activities.
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
- Maintain daily logs, track project progress, and support site safety enforcement.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to ensure smooth project delivery.
