About the Role
As a Clinical Research Coordinator II, you’ll be a key player in the execution of cancer clinical trials. Reporting to the Principal Investigator, you’ll independently manage day-to-day research activities, ensure protocol compliance, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other departments to deliver best-in-class care and research.
What You’ll Do :
Coordinate and oversee assigned clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
Pre-screen and assess patients for trial eligibility.
Assist with the informed consent process and educate patients on study protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams (nursing, pharmacy, pathology, etc.) to ensure accurate and ethical study execution.
Maintain regulatory compliance and data integrity across all activities.
What We’re Looking For :
2–3 years of experience in clinical research required; oncology or cancer trials experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of clinical research protocols, ethics, and regulatory standards.
Highly coachable, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent—we value personality as much as experience.
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and within a team.
