What will I be doing?
As a contractor on the Supply Management Service Desk, you'll be the first point of contact for hotel leaders across the US, Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America. You'll support hotel leaders by providing on-demand support for ordering and supplier-related inquiries, while empowering customers to enhance their self-sufficiency, growth, and success.
More specifically, you will :
- Deliver engaging virtual and phone support
- Maintain accurate records of support activities using platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Teams, contributing to insightful reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Coach and guide hotel leaders by asking thoughtful questions and promoting the use of client Supply Management resources and purchasing programs.
- Execute assigned initiatives that support client's Supply Management's business goals and Key Strategic Priorities.
- Leverage HSM partners across the organization to identify and execute supplier-based opportunities
- Partner with other HSM teams to provide impactful and measurable support and best practices that positively influence trends and supplier adoption
- Provide reports and meaningful insights for use by client's Supply Management.
