What You'll Do : As our Wellness Intern you will work alongside our two Wellness Specialists to assist with planning, marketing and implementation of a variety of fitness classes, education, health and wellness promotion and incentive programming to improve the overall health of the Farm Bureau Family. You will also provide encouragement and guidance in a safe, enjoyable and supportive atmosphere by assisting members with wellness equipment. You will also keep employees up to date on current wellness news, activities and information throughout our company intranet site, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint site, bulletin boards and email reminders.

What It Takes to Join Our Team :

• Must be a current college student majoring in health and wellness or kinesiology (Junior / Senior status).
• Be able to motivate and encourage people.
• Strong written, non-verbal and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to work during the Summer 2026 semester, Monday through Friday from 6am-2 : 30pm in our West Des Moines, IA office.
