Towner County Medical Center in Cando, ND is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities :

Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
Completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with building systems and equipment
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
Assisting with special projects and renovations as needed

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred

Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
