Facilities Supervisor
- This is an onsite role based out of our HQ office near Carlsbad, CA. The expectation is for employees to be in-office 5 days per week.
About The Position
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and personnel within prAna's facilities department. Responsibilities include space planning, building maintenance, janitorial services, shipping and receiving, and safety and security protocols. The Supervisor ensures a clean, safe, and code-compliant environment.

Operates in a dynamic environment with routine and complex tasks. Requires independent judgment and decision-making within company policies. Contributes to policy development and ensures team compliance.

Team Leadership
Supervise facilities staff, including seasonal / temporary employeesSet daily objectives and workload prioritiesFoster a collaborative work environment aligned with company valuesConduct performance reviews and manage goalsProvide coaching and feedback; manage performance issues with HRCollaborate with Finance on budgets and long-range planningTrack GL and CapEx budgetsPerform additional duties as assignedFacilities Operations & Maintenance
Oversee maintenance of corporate facilities and employee storeSchedule inspections and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and fire safetyPerform minor hands-on repairsRespond to employee facility-related requests in work order tracking systemSupervise janitorial staff and maintain custodial suppliesManage capital / construction projects and coordinate build-outsSupervise shipping and receiving operationsSafety & Security
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulationsMaintain Access Control Security System and train personnel as neededLead Safety Committee with HR collaborationConduct safety inspections and maintain tour-ready facilitySpace Planning
