The Law Office of Eli Shmulik , a growing Midtown Manhattan personal injury firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team.

Position : Personal Injury Attorney

Location : New York, NY

Experience Required : Minimum 5 years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience

Responsibilities include :

• Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through trial
• Conducting depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
• Overseeing discovery and case strategy
• Preparing cases for trial and handling trials to verdict
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and staff

Qualifications :

Admitted to practice law in New York (in good standing)

Minimum 5 years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience, including trials

Strong knowledge of CPLR and New York personal injury practice

Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

Ability to work independently while being a team player
