Electrician Position

While reporting to the Plant Engineer- Presidents Island Memphis, the Industrial Electrician / Instrumentation Tech will be responsible for achieving a high level of reliability for plant equipment through performing tasks to reduce machine downtime and enable the facility to perform at optimum levels.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Perform preventive maintenance as assigned daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
• Sign out all parts taken from the storeroom returning any that were not used
• Fill out work order detail
• Help troubleshoot and repair operational equipment as needed
• Participate in the continuous improvement efforts on maintenance effectiveness to eliminate breakdowns and increase equipment reliability.
• Inspects assigned equipment to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
• Verifies all safety devices (guards, control circuit devices, stop blocks, etc.) on assigned equipment are always intact and properly secured.
• Follows all energy isolation requirements.
