What we’re looking for :

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at hire or obtained within 5 years

Minimum of three years' experience providing direct resident care, long-term care / nursing home / skilled nursing facility

Minimum 1-year previous nursing leadership experience required.

Ready to make a difference? Your responsibilities include :

Manage daily operations of the 34 bed-Long Term Care Unit (McReynolds Hall)

Train and onboard new staff, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices

Oversee clinical personnel management, including recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and retention

Assist with developing, implementing and conducting in-service training for the team
