Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

Job Type : Full Time

Salary :   $88,000-100,000 / Year

Job Location : San Marcos East -  1310 Wonder World Dr. San Marcos TX 78666

Responsibilities :

You’ll Thrive as a Clinic Director By :

  • Carrying a patient caseload that allows for direct engagement with those you serve.
  • Leading clinic operations to achieve annual goals, including financial performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Hiring, mentoring, and supporting clinic staff to build a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Driving community outreach and marketing efforts to increase clinic visibility and patient engagement.
  • Collaborating with leadership to implement company policies and ensure operational success.
  • Managing clinic resources, budgets, and schedules to optimize day-to-day operations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Texas
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems
