This role sits within the Strategic Operations team and reports directly to the Director of Strategic Operations. As a trusted partner to the Risk Adjustment COO and broader leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping our business strategy, driving cross-functional initiatives, and improving operational efficiency. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to tackle some of our most complex and important business challenges. You'll have significant visibility, access to senior decision-makers, and the chance to influence the trajectory of a high-growth company from the inside out.

You Will Be Responsible For :

Business Strategy & Planning
Strategic Project Execution
Program Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

What you will bring to the table :

3 to 5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Finance, ideally in a high-growth fast-pace setting

Strong analytical skills; able to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex datasets, and extract actionable insights

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides; familiarity with business intelligence or data visualization tools is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership

Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and emotional intelligence in complex or high-stakes situations

Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results
