Term : Full time and Permanent
Working hours : 9am to 6pm with 1 hr lunch / 6am to 3pm with 1 hr lunch PST
Note : Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Pay Ranges : $23.00 / hr to $25.00 / hr

Position Overview
We are a rapidly growing logistics provider delivering innovative last mile solutions. The Dispatch Driver Support role is responsible for coordinating daily delivery operations by scheduling, dispatching, monitoring, and supporting Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and drivers. This position serves as the critical link between drivers, operations, HR, and customer service teams to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time deliveries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch DSPs and drivers to assigned routes according to predetermined induction schedules, customer needs, or on-demand requests.Collaborate with HR and management teams in DSP / Driver recruitment, screening, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and termination.Monitor and relay messages to drivers, including safe package placement and communications from operations, customer experience teams, or direct supervisors.Review and validate driver-uploaded information, including app settings and photo quality, to ensure compliance with standards.Utilize company-provided laptops and softphones (calls or text messages) to contact DSPs, drivers, or recipients to verify and resolve delivery problems.Accompany drivers in company-assigned territories periodically to resolve delivery issues on-site.Follow company delivery guidelines to monitor and train drivers, ensuring performance standards are consistently met.Investigate all failed deliveries by reviewing reasons, verifying with drivers, and addressing discrepancies or incorrect descriptions.Provide live support during delivery hours for exception package handling.Process returned undeliverable packages at the sorting center and coordinate valid redelivery.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or driver support (last-mile delivery or DSP experience strongly preferred).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to interact professionally with drivers, management, and customers.Proficiency in using computer systems, dispatch software, and mobile applications.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
