POSITION : Mechanical Project Manager

COMPENSATION : Competitive salary + DOE

LOCATION : Denver, CO

SUMMARY : As we grow and expand our markets, we are currently in search of a Mechanical Project Manager to support our Insulation service line to build on the success

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service
  • Estimate & win accounts which fit into the strategic vision for the company.
  • Build a high-performance team to execute the work; build your team with people of great character who align with our values and culture; foster a culture of development on your projects; grow and develop your eventual successor
  • Be responsible for the financial performance of the Insulation Division
  • Keep a diverse business to protect against recessions
  • Be a solution provider; take ownership of your division
  • Participate in the monthly WIP conversations and know the performance of your jobs and projections
  • Help maintain a high safety-oriented culture
  • Keep the leadership team informed of the projects’ operations
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships to build on opportunities which fit in wheelhouse

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 5 years’ in a leadership role with experience in industrial mechanical insulation or in industrial mechanical / plumbing / HVAC or other industrial Project Management background required; a degree in Construction Management preferred
  • Specific experience within Colorado markets preferred
  • Leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive safety initiatives and foster a culture of safety
  • Have established a known customer base and interaction within the Colorado market
  • A proven track record of completing small to large scope mechanical projects
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • Effective oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); FastEst, Comput-Ability MIKE, or Trimble help
