The Chief Architect Officer (CAO) leads our architectural team, ensuring that projects reflect both the highest standards of design and our Christian values. As a member of our executive team, you’ll oversee project development, mentor staff, and engage with clients while remaining rooted in faith.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead architectural projects from design to completion, ensuring high quality and alignment with our mission.
• Manage the architectural team, fostering growth and collaboration through training, mentoring and discipleship.
• Build strong relationships with clients, including religious institutions, schools, and nonprofits.
• Collaborate with organizational leadership and key stakeholders for strategic planning and project decisions.
• Act as the lead representative for the firm in client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
• Integrate faith-based principles in every design project.
• Deploy strategic initiatives to team while maintaining 100 Fold Studio’s mission and values.
• Fundraising
• Engage in personal fundraising efforts to secure project funding, cultivate donor relationships, and help develop fundraising strategies.
• Qualifications :
• Master's or Bachelor's in Architecture.
• 12+ years in architectural design.
• 5+ years in a leadership role leading teams, mentoring staff, and fostering a collaborative and mission-driven work environment.
• Registered Architect with active licensure.
• Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Deep Christian faith and a passion for serving through design.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including experience with budgets, timelines, and client relations.
• Experience as a head of firm or large departmental leader.
