Our well-established dental practice in Carlsbad, CA is currently looking for a talented and friendly Treatment Coordinator full time. This key front-office role involves managing treatment schedules, verifying insurance, organizing financial plans with patients, and ensuring accurate and detailed record-keeping.

Our future colleague must be able to perform the duties described below while enhancing the practice’s culture and the patient-first mentality that we deeply believe in.

Hours :

Full time : Monday - Friday

Compensation :

  • $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
  • Full Benefits (PTO, Medical, Dental, 401K w / Employer Matching, Paid Sick Time)
  • Participation in Office-wide Bonus Plan

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
  • Scheduling / rescheduling appointments as needed.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and financial obligations.
  • Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
  • Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
  • Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
  • Coordinate insurance verifications and claims processing.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality at all times.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a dental office.
  • Proficient with dental terminology and procedures.
  • Knowledge of presenting and scheduling treatment planning.
  • Knowledge of and capability to do insurance breakdowns and making outbound calls.
  • Knowledge of in-network / out-network PPO and fee for service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Eaglesoft preferred.
