How you’ll transform patient care :

You’ll manage the professional, technical and administrative operations of the clinical laboratories while working with both the Chair and the Director of Clinical Operations

You’ll provide oversight of the clinical laboratories, which include chemistry, toxicology, mass spectrometry, immunology, hematology, coagulation, flow cytometry, microbiology, traditional blood banking, apheresis, molecular diagnostics, and HLA.

You’ll have ample opportunities and support for clinical, translational, and basic science research

You’ll qualify for an academic appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine

Who you are :

Possess an MD (or equivalent), and eligible to obtain a medical license in the State of Massachusetts

Board certified in CP or AP / CP

Proven leadership skills and considerable experience in the administrative, teaching, and clinical activities of an academic department of laboratory medicine

Demonstrated expertise and several years of experience directing at least one laboratory medicine discipline
