We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Sales Assistant to work directly with one of our senior executive sales leaders. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll play a critical part in managing daily operations, supporting executive priorities, and ensuring a seamless, VIP-level experience for our clients. What You'll Do :

  • Partner directly with the Executive Sales Leader to manage daily priorities and workflows
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an accurate, up-to-date calendar
  • Prepare and organize sales-related paperwork and documentation
  • Answer and manage client calls with professionalism and urgency
  • Coordinate in-company vehicle transport and vendor / service appointments
  • Perform general office administrative support as needed
  • Assist with social media marketing and brand promotion (if applicable)
  • Conduct after-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction

What We're Looking For :

  • Automotive office, sales support, or BDC (Business Development Center) experience preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfort with office software
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential
  • Social media marketing experience is a plus
  • Must be 21 years or older with a clean driving record

  • Competitive salary of $40,000-$50,000 plus performance bonus from $5,000-$20,000+ per year
