The Plant Health Coordinator (PMO ANALYST) provides IT support for all aspects of manufacturing technology, ensuring that production facilities have excellent service, maintain uptime expectations of applications and equipment while creating and adhering to documented expectations and policies of IT. This role serves as the key liaison between manufacturing sites and Enterprise IT, ensuring plant needs are met with reliable, cross-functional support. Serving as the Project Management Analyst for Dal-Tile Manufacturing, this role translates operational concepts into IT requirements, maintains service level dashboards, and audits site policies to improve uptime. The individual coordinates site readiness for major initiatives, negotiates maintenance windows, and drives upgrades to shop floor applications. Strong customer service is essential for managing expectations between IT complexity and manufacturing leaders.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position :
Deliver a knowledgeable partnership experience between IT and manufacturing to ensure ongoing operational readiness.Engage in mitigation and prevention of recurrence for all high priority incidents at the plant, collaborating with enterprise IT production support teams to promote 1-touch resolution across all IT functions. Champion incident and problem after-action reviews, ensuring proper root cause analysis and remediation actions are complete.Administer and publish IT service levels and dashboards across all manufacturing sites so that plant and IT leaders have a means of assessing health and improving stability. Safeguard service levels across all production sites meet agreed standards.Translate requirements in both directions between IT and manufacturing standards across all areas of IT, applications, network, service desk, provisioning, hardware and software for the delivery of technology that meets business, financial and in-service objectives.Maintain a working knowledge of manufacturing systems including but not limited to vendor managed machines, enterprise managed hardware, data historians (Pi), SAP integrations, shop floor control, PLC and OPC needs, network and server room standards.Participate in policy changes to improve manufacturing reliance on IT.Liaise between engineering and IT to ensure aging capital assets have appropriate hardware backups, vendor access for support and disaster recovery procedures in place.Propose changes to improve uptime, process adherence and application depth of use at production facilities so that facilities maintain consistent application use and footprint.Responsible for maintaining healthy and conflict-free relationship between the business customer and the IT delivery teams. Create a productive, collaborative and friendly team environment.Maintain IT inventory of all software, hardware and peripherals in plants including versions and support status.Support identity management and onboarding within IT systems for plant personnel.Perform other duties as needed.Required Experience and Education :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or industrial engineering or a related field or equivalent education and / or experience. Manufacturing technology and / or project management experience is a plus.2-4 years of manufacturing specific application deployment experience or applied experience with manufacturing IT.Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.Competencies :
Demonstrates knowledge of manufacturing, IT shop floor systems needs and operations management principles as well as industry practices and standards.Excellent relationship management, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.Working knowledge of manufacturing best practices for applications, infrastructure, hardware management.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Strong knowledge of business requirement gathering, process and functional documentation using ITIL techniques.Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, technical and functional incident management and resolutionProficient using JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite products.Other Pertinent Job Information :
