Oversee strategy for pitches, credentials, thought leadership, and litigation league table submissions (no RFP responsibility). Provide competitive insights and market intelligence to guide positioning and client targeting. Serve as a strategic partner to attorneys and integrate cross-practice marketing initiatives. Track ROI on business development efforts and report outcomes to leadership. At least 5 years of litigation business development or marketing experience in a law firm. Deep understanding of litigation trends, client expectations, and market positioning. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to lead projects independently and think proactively. Bachelor's degree required; JD or legal marketing experience highly preferred. Strong candidates at the Senior Specialist level will be considered.
