About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Leader to join our team in the dental field in Van Buren, AR. As the Senior Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of two of our dental practices. Your main objective will be to ensure that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality care to our patients. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our dentists and staff to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the dental industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with and basic understanding of P&Ls

As the Senior Operations Leader, you will need to have strong leadership and management skills to effectively manage and lead a team of dental professionals. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with dentists and staff to ensure that patient needs are met. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of dental processes and workflow, and be able to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and satisfaction. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures, as well as experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and financial management and budgeting, will also be pertinent in this role.
