We're looking for a results-driven Product Advisor to engage customers, provide expert guidance, and drive sales for a wide range of pool and spa products.

Responsibilities

• Convert showroom visitors into committed buyers by delivering a consultative sales approach that creates wins for customers, the company, and you.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and in all follow-ups using the SharpSpring platform.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Leverage in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through high-value purchasing decisions across our extensive range of products and services.
• Demonstrate accuracy in completing sales documentation and entering data into Counterpoint, vTiger, and SharpSpring systems.
• Help maintain a well-presented showroom by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and strategic merchandising.
• Actively participate in sales events and initiatives to drive revenue and expand customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including sales, service, installation, delivery, construction, and administration – to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years' experience in "big ticket" sales. A background in home improvement and / or pool and spa products is preferred but not required if additional crossover skills are demonstrated.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation typically ranges from $76k–$120k+ for this position, based on a combination of hourly and commission training wage, converting to earned commissions based on margins, and additional incentives. Our best Product Advisors earn over $100k+, depending on initiative, experience, and performance.
