Maintenance Technician | Fort Mill, SC | $27.00 - $28.00 per hour + DOE | 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm | Monday – Friday with rotation on call for 2nd shift issue

Your New Role :
Maintenance Technician provides support client facilities and equipment across multiple branch locations. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and quality.Job Description
Work independently and travel to Wikoff branch locations as neededInstall, troubleshoot, and repair equipment including three-roll mills, mixers, HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, motors, and morePerform preventative maintenance on facilities and machineryFollow all safety procedures including lock-out / tag-out and Arc Flash Protection protocolsFabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical componentsRead and interpret equipment manuals and work ordersUse electric meters, hand and power tools, and material handling equipmentInitiate corrective and preventative actions within scope of responsibilityMaintain clean and organized work areas and toolsJob Qualifications
Team player with ability to self-initiate projects and work ordersWillingness to travel to other branch locations, sometimes on short noticeElectrical troubleshooting experience preferredMinimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required; 5+ years preferredAssociate’s degree or equivalent technical experience preferredMechanical aptitude for tasks such as motor replacement and plumbing repairExperience with VFDs and PLCs preferred but not requiredValid driver’s license and safe driving recordFlexible schedule with ability to work overtime as neededFamiliarity with 5S or Lean manufacturing principlesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple tasks and lift / carry up to 50 lbsBenefits and Perks :

The base pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
