As a Program Manager III within PNC's [name of division] organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. The Program Manager III will consult with internal leaders, manage a portfolio of high-impact programs, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives aligned with business goalsparticularly in the cybersecurity and risk management domains.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and projects.
• Drive change by identifying organizational and process barriers; propose and implement scalable, long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with executives, business stakeholders, and technical leaders to shape and structure change programs.
• Translate complex technical and business issues into clear, actionable narratives to drive stakeholder alignment.
• Manage a team of project and program managers, providing oversight, coaching, and performance management.
• Forecast, track, and manage program and project budgets and resource allocations.
